Kingroyal may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for account verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

4Betting Policy

• Kingroyal reserves the right to void bets or investigate accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Live betting odds can change rapidly once a match has started — this is a normal part of the process.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be void and the stake refunded.

5Bonuses & Promotions

To enjoy kingroyal's bonus offers, the following general conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement (such as 20x or 30x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• One offer, one use: Each user may use a promotional offer once only.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false information to claim bonuses will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account permanently closed.
• Game Type: Some bonuses apply only to specific games or betting categories — this will be stated on the relevant offer page.

Kingroyal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. If an active bonus is cancelled, users will be notified in advance.

6Prohibited Activities

• Hacking, malware, or any form of technical manipulation.

• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment transactions.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Kingroyal may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• After an extended period of inactivity (typically 12 months).
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

Before closing an account, kingroyal will make reasonable efforts to return any verifiable balance, though this may not apply in cases of terms violations.

9Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. kingroyal endeavors to resolve all complaints within 72 hours.

If a resolution cannot be reached through support, you may submit a formal request through our internal dispute resolution process. kingroyal's decision will be considered final.
